Artisan vendors are invited to apply for Pumpkinferno, our signature month‑long fall event celebrating creativity, community, and seasonal magic. We’re seeking makers and creators offering unique, locally handmade goods to be featured in our lively, well‑promoted, family‑friendly event with indoor and outdoor spaces available. Pumpkinferno runs throughout October and attracts thousands of guests eager to discover one‑of‑a‑kind treasures. Sign up or all 5 weekends and pay only $575 for all 19 evenings (including HST).

    As a food vendor, I understand that I am required to apply for a Special Event Food Vendor permit from the SMDHU website at least 2 weeks before the start of the event at: http://www.simcoemuskokahealth.org/Topics/FoodSafety/SpecialEvents *(Required)

    If accepted, my spot will be held ONLY if all requirements are met before the deadline (insurance, fee payment, etc.)
    Promotion & Marketing(Required)
    I understand that to help make this event as successful as it can be, it is part of my responsibility as a vendor to help promote the market leading up to the event using all resources available.
