⚠️ Important Notice: Vendor Scam Alert ⚠️

We would like to alert our community to recent scam attempts targeting vendors. Individuals have been impersonating Discovery Harbour and Pumpkinferno in an effort to solicit payments or sensitive information. Please note:

  • Discovery Harbour is currently only accepting vendor applications for Pumpkinferno through our official website.
  • We are not requesting any payments at this time.
  • All email communication from our team is from an email address ending in @ontario.ca and not @gmail.com.
  • We do not accept e-transfer as a method of payment.

We strongly advise that you do not send funds or share personal information with anyone claiming to represent our events outside of our official channels.

If you are unsure about the legitimacy of any vendor communication, please contact us directly using the phone number or email listed on our official website.

If you receive suspicious messages or requests, we encourage you to report them to us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

Thank you for your vigilance and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure process for all.

Application Criteria:

Please ONLY apply if you are a Canadian-based maker, artisan, or visual artist. It is required that all of our artisans are the creators and designers of their own products. We do not accept applications that include any buy/sell items or Direct Sales. Our events feature handmade, one-of-a-kind handcrafted gifts and artisan made products. Once selected to participate as a vendor, you will be required to provide proof of insurance as part of your vendor agreement.
