Apply as an Artisan

Application Criteria:

Please ONLY apply if you are a Canadian-based maker, artisan, or visual artist. It is required that all of our artisans are the creators and designers of their own products. We do not accept applications that include any buy/sell items or Direct Sales. Our events feature handmade, one-of-a-kind handcrafted gifts and artisan made products. Once selected to participate as a vendor, you will be required to provide proof of insurance as part of your vendor agreement.

    As a food vendor, I understand that I am required to apply for a Special Event Food Vendor permit from the SMDHU website at least 2 weeks before the start of the event at: http://www.simcoemuskokahealth.org/Topics/FoodSafety/SpecialEvents *(Required)

    If accepted, my spot will be held ONLY if all requirements are met before the deadline (insurance, fee payment, etc.)
    Promotion & Marketing(Required)
    I understand that to help make this event as successful as it can be, it is part of my responsibility as a vendor to help promote the market leading up to the event using all resources available.
